To add some target files
You can add files by clicking the File menu, and then
clicking Add File. And you can also click
button or use
the F2 shortcut key.
1. Click Add File on the File menu, or click
button, or use
the F2 shortcut key.
2. In Look in, click the drive that contains the files you want
to add.
3. Locate the files, click them, and then click open. If you do
not see the files you want, you can click a different file format in
Files of type. For example, click MP3 files to see only MP3
files on the list. And you can choose all supported music files
to see all files supported by the converter on the list.
To add music directory
You can add all supported music files into the converter by clicking
File menu, and then clicking Search Dir. And you
can also click
button or
use the F3 shortcut key.
1. Click Search Dir on the File menu, or click
button, or
use the F3 shortcut key.
2. In Search Directory dialog box, input the directory Path
that you want to add or search for. Or you can click
button to
locate the directory.
3. Locate the directory, click it, and then click OK. If you only
want to search for one audio file format, you can choose the file format
in Filter. For example, click MP3 files to search for only
MP3 files on the directory. And you can choose all supported music
files to search for all files supported by the converter on the
directory.
4. Click Start! to begin the searching. And the relevant files on
the directory will be added into the converter list.
Notes
It will only search for the root directory if you don't tick off the
Recursive button. And if the Recursive button was
ticked off, it will search for not only the root directory but also the
sub-directory.
To select files for
converting or removing
You can select the files you want to convert or remove by clicking them
with mouse and the assistance of Shift or Ctrl key.
And if you want to select all files on the converter list, you can click
the File menu and then clicking Select All. The shortcut
key for this is Ctrl+A.
You can also choose the files that you don't want to convert or remove
first, and then click Invert Select on the File menu to
choose the files you want to convert or remove.
To change file position
You can change the files position on the converter music list by
clicking Move Up / Move Down on the File menu or
/
button.
To remove files
1. Select the file(s) that you want to remove from the converter music
list.
2. On the File menu, click Remove From List. You can also
click 
button or
use the shortcut key Del to remove the files you select.
Notes
When you remove files, it will remove all items on the converter list if
you don't select any file.
